Hi,

Wow....this is insane...this is even eclipsing that was the Project Dragon launch.... I don't know what to say...

I launched my first new program in 3 years on Monday, 2 days ago...

and the response has been unreal! I've had a HUGE sign up which has me kind of worried because along with Maximeteics I'm giving people the opportunity to check out Isometric Mastery - my inner circle for f*ree! - AND there are only so many people I can handle in that program!

Anyway, I may be lost for words but YOU certainly aren't. "I just wanted to write this email to say Congratulations on Maximetrics. I recently posted on the PB forum asking a question on re-learning to contract a muscle after surgery. I was planning on waiting to purchase Maximetrics until I had gained some strength back in my shoulder, but the temptation was too much. I tried the contractions in Maximetrics and was able to contract my shoulder and back much better than with the isolation iso's. I will be sticking to Maximetrics for a while then back to PB once i feel more strength in my shoulder. Thanks you Paul
