Isometric Videos aren’t very interesting to be honest. They essentially are videos of total stillness, however many people find they a valuable resource for learning the exact body movement and I’ve made a complete series to accompany the Perfect Body Course, some of which have been released to my private members circle.
I felt however that many more of you would be interested not just in technique videos but the new and exciting information that’s coming out in the world of isometrics and fitness in general, not just to mention the videos that I’ve made for the course.
So below you’ll find links to a number of isometric vids including a few special giveaways on the 1 MOST popular isometric exercise’s I teach. You’ll also be able to check out this page for updates to my video blog, and the videos I made during my own physical transformation.
Enjoy the videos and don’t forget to leave your suggestions, requests and feedback on them!
