Building lean muscle mass quickly without fat?

Hi Paul

Is the best way to gain lean muscle quickly to use PD while eating lots of whole food like how it's recommended in the 10 habits? Is there any other tips you could give in case I missed something?

I'm interested in gaining muscle mass while gaining as little fat as possible. Right now I'm 160lbs at 5'10" and would love to get up to 180-190lbs eventually.

Yep Tom, the best tip I can give you is eat more anD be consistent. If there is ONE magic trick for getting the body you want it's that - CONSISTENCY!

Really, honest to god, that's all there is to it.
