I have a question on chin-ups. In the video You place palms very close. I've tried performing this exercise this way - it really stimulates the latts. Yet in description, You say to place palms shoulder width apart. Which way is more correct?
Another question is on push-ups - how far to the sides from the body is one to place palms? You are absolutely right that when arm is perpendicular to the palm, and elbows closer to the sides, chest muscles are stressed a lot more. As far as I know - the closer palms to the body, the more stress to triceps. Thank You
