I am 54 yrs old and have been working the combat conditioning program along with the many supplemental exercises in combat conditioning and have maintained a stronger, more durable body for people in my age range. I have also availed myself to Ed Barans, Gymnastics Abs and his Handstand training and have found them to be quite challenging. So bottom line is the Royal Court is great, but I also include many other body weight exercises, however the Royal Court as taught in combat conditioning is a great foundation, and I would recommend to anyone who desires to be in shape. There are a million and one exercises, and Matt Furey opens the door via his books.
