Hi Paul
I have a question about my training schedule. I know you recommend 2 ways in your ebook but what do you think about me doing 2 body parts a day? ie. Neck/Abs 1 day, Chest/Back 2nd day, Legs/Arms & Shoulders on Day 3. Does this work or is it counter-productive somehow?
